Donnie Rogers, VP of Technology,
began working in television while still in high school when he created his first business: The Amish Television Network. Donnie’s innovative “TV Talking Head In a Box” was a huge hit with the Amish audience but was ultimately undermined by excessive labor, transportation and lodging expenses. He is expert in every area of video production, and an award-winning videographer and editor. Donnie’s skills and knowledge remain on the cutting edge; his primary focus is in new media, insuring that GRM’s clients’ projects are prepared for future possibilities.

Jenni Bell, Project Manager,
has a diverse academic and social service background that lends itself to the varied responsibilities of Project Management. Her background includes the supervision of student internships in Mexico and the coordination of university faculty teaching conferences. Her career in media was launched with the Youtube release of a video that captured her performing emergency brain surgery on an accident victim–using only a rusty spoon and a corkscrew—on the bathroom floor of the Bunker Bar and Grill in Roseland, Michigan. The video has since been removed from the site for terms of usage violations. Jenni is an experienced communicator and administrator with broad experience in writing and producing industrial videos and other media. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Chicago.

Scott Wadzinski, Senior Editor,
is a graduate of Ball State University’s prestigious broadcast communications program. Although independently wealthy following the success of his patented “beer-cam” (now an industry staple for both location and studio shoots) his love for anything digital continues to drive him to excel in the edit suite. A little known fact is that Scott was the original model for the character of Luann’s brother in the “Luann” comic strip. In addition to his many years of experience as a high-quality videographer and video editor, Scott serves as GRM’s primary audio engineer.
